Over the weekend, the Bank was made aware of a debit card issue impacting many of our customers. To prevent any additional fraud and loss, these cards have been disabled from use. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will be updating our customers with more information as we have it.
For security purposes we will be reissuing all impacted cards. Our Contact Center, West Warwick and East Greenwich branches will remain open until 3pm to assist our customers. Our Cranston branch will remain open until 2pm. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of our customers.
